Mechanics of HP absorb limit

Anyone know what does "HP Absorb Limit %" do?
Is it the same as "HP Absorb on attack hit %"?
Top Comment: The limit is the max amount you can absorb from one hit. So for instance say the limit is 10% and you hit an enemy for 1000 dmg then the max you would absorb is 100 hp. Max hp absorb is 9% Max mana absorb is 2% Max barrier absorb is 5%
